Notice

Dust-dry after approx. 5–8 minutes. Dry to handle after approx. 1 hour. Can be filled and painted after 2 hours/60°C or 24 hours at room temperature. Complete mechanical loads after 2–3 days.

Application area

For minor repairs to damaged zinc phosphate coats on bodywork panels and vehicle parts. Thanks to the TITANID technology, it is simple and cost-effective to repair the anti-corrosive coating on vehicles so that it is true to the original. An expensive electrolyte process is no longer necessary.

Instructions

Shake can well for at least 2 minutes before use. The surface must be clean, dry and free from grease. Spraying distance: 15–25 cm. Apply a thin coat of METALYT in 1–2 spray passes.
