Waterproof and breathable
- Provides a reliable seal against water from outside
- At the same time, the membrane has sufficient diffusion permeability to allow water vapour from indoors to diffuse outdoors, thereby preventing moisture-related damage to buildings
Extremely high elasticity
- Optimal reliability in case of component movements
- Convenient application thanks to the flexibility of the tape
Excellent resistance to weathering
- High-quality material ensures lasting, reliable seals
- Very good UV resistance
Reliable assembly on uneven substrates
Reliable assembly even on slightly uneven construction substrates when combined with EPDM sealing tape adhesive.
Good compatibility with bitumen
Not suitable for sealing in the areas in contact with the ground/not suitable for sealings according to DIN 18533.
Tape cannot be plastered over.
Datasheets(X)
Permanent, reliable sealing of joints outdoors, e.g. for window sills, conservatories and in façade area.
- The surfaces must be dry, dust- and grease-free and capable of bearing loads.
- Installation: Cut the EPDM tape to the required length. Apply the EPDM sealing tape adhesive to the surface and wipe off with a spatula. Glue the EPDM tape to the surface and press on lightly using a press-on roller, while ensuring tension-free installation.
- The sealing tape must also be fixed to the frame/element with a mechanical fixing (as described in DIN 18533) in the design with self-adhesive strip.
