Notice

Can be used to secure against uplift loads in combination with threaded rods, bolts or ASSY 4.0 screw-and-washer assemblies. 2 perforated plates and identical wood widths must be used for each connection.



Allowance must be made for eccentricity in one-sided connections.



Nail edge clearances and bolt intervals must be observed in line with EC5.



The nails must be arranged symmetrically with the axis of the centrally applied force.



Diameter of bolts, screws and anchors may only be max. 2 mm smaller than the diameter of the hole.



The respective basic conditions of the applicable anchor approval must be observed.

  • Ring-shank nails in line with EN 14592: 4.0 x XX mm

  • ASSY joist hanger screw in line with ETA 11/0190: 5.0 x XX mm

  • ASSY 4.0 Combi in line with ETA 11/0190: d = 10 or 12 mm

  • Bolts in line with manufacturers' specifications: M10 or M12

  • Recommended anchors for fastening in concrete: W-BS; W-FAZ; W-VIZ; WIT-VM 250; WIT-UH 300
