- The W-MG 8 metal plug, in conjunction with the M8 stud screw, conforms to the requirements of the "TRGI" (German Technical Guidelines for Gas Installations). Item 3.3.7.2 of these guidelines stipulates the requirements for laying the inner pipes: "Pipe attachments must be fire resistant. The supporting parts of pipe attachments must be made of non-flammable materials."
- Wood and particle board screws can be used
- Fire resistance: F30, F60, F90 and F120 (anchoring base: ≥ Vertically perforated brick HLZ 12, hollow sand-lime brick ≥ KSL 12, ≥ aerated concrete, strength class 4)
- Exposure to fire according to DIN 4102-2:1977-09 (uniform temperature time curve)
