Instructions
- Clean any dust, grease and other dirt from the surface. Before applying the foam, the surface may be wet but not frosted or iced.
- The temperature of the bottle before application should be between +15°C and +20°C. Shake the contents of the bottle vigorously for one minute. The minimum ambient temperature for application is +5 °C. If processing takes place above the optimum temperature (+20°C), the temperature of the contents in the bottle should not differ from the ambient temperature by more than 5°C.
- Screw the bottle onto the applicator gun. The working position of the bottle is upside down. The amount of foam released is controlled by pressing the trigger of the application gun. Apply two strips of the adhesive uniformly to the opposite long sides of the bricks, approximately 2–3 cm from the edge.
- When the adhesive has cured, it can be cut with a knife. The surface must be protected from long-term exposure to UV radiation.
- Fresh foam can be removed using a PU cleaner. Cured foam can only be removed using mechanical aids. Immediately after application, i.e. after unscrewing the bottle from the application gun, the application gun should be cleaned using a PU cleaner.
