The primer is used to improve adhesion to materials that are difficult to bond
The primer can be applied to the surface using absorbent material (e.g. a small sponge) or brushes as appropriate. Parts can also be immersed or sprayed.
The solvent must be completely flashed off before the adhesive is applied!
