High-quality filler

Aluminium pigmentation ensures an extremely high degree of strength in conjunction with metallic surfaces
Fillers are sensitive to excessively fast drying Caution! - Risk of cracking above 80°C
Particular caution should be exercised when using infra-red radiators
Maximum permissible VOC content of VAKU 60: 250 g/l of product category 2(b). Max. VOC content in accordance with German Ordinance on Solvent-Based Paints and Lacquers (ChemVOCFarbV): 14 g/l
Polyester putty will not harden below +10°C.
Outstanding adhesion and stability
- Ideally suited for use on vertical areas, e.g. in container construction, silo construction, vehicle construction, vehicle replacement parts etc.
- Excellent adhesion to iron, steel, aluminium, zinc-plated and hot-dip zinc-plated surfaces
Tin-substitute filler
Can be used in accident repairs as a substitute for alluvial tin
- Auto/cargo: In vehicle construction and vehicle repair work with outstanding adhesion to steel, aluminium, zinc and hot-dip zinc-plated surfaces. Ideally suited for use as tin substitute filler in replacement parts.
- Metal: In machine and steel construction for compensating blowholes and welding spots. Optimum adhesion to steel, aluminium, zinc and hot-dip zinc-plated surfaces
The surface must be clean, dry and free from grease. Sand surfaces.
Wherever possible, only sand polyester material when dry due to its sensitivity to water
- Dosage: 2% hardener
- Working life: 4-5 minutes at 20°C
- Drying time: 20-30 minutes at 20°C
- Sandpaper: P80-280 - Wet only once completely dry
