Ideal for bonding solid wood, e.g. in kitchens, showcases, shops and sauna construction, windows, house doors and glasshouses, bonding house door panels, steps, handrails, floor panels, general repair and installation bonding. Demonstrates excellent adhesion on various wood and construction materials, ceramic, metals, duroplastics and thermoplastics, after appropriate pretreatment of surfaces.
The surfaces of the substrates to be glued must be dry and free from dust and grease. Sand very smooth surfaces. Apply adhesive on one side as a bead or with a spatula. When bonding non-absorbent materials, moisten the applied adhesive slightly with water to achieve complete curing. The parts must be bonded within the skin formation time and must be pressed together if required. Application quantity depending on the carrier material approx. 150–300 g/m2.
