- Minimal use of materials
- Low machine wear
- Protects tyres and rim flange
- Improved centring of the tyre on the rim
Short flash-off time
- Positive connection between the tyre and rim is established soon after assembly
- Fewer complaints and subsequent costs for any re-balancing task
Rubber and rim care
- Keeps the rubber soft, thereby ensuring permanent sealing between the rim and tyre bead
- Prevents rust from forming (anti-corrosive)
- Prevents the tyre from sticking to the rim
pH-neutral
- Not aggressive on rubber or the rim
- Gentle on the skin and environmentally friendly
Suitable for run-flat tyres - Can be used for the latest tyre generations
Suitable for the tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS)
Not harmful to health
Free from harmful solvents
Keeps the tyre bead soft and ready-to-use during summer/winter storage
Silicone-free
Keeps the tyre bead flexible and ready-to-use during summer/winter storage, physiologically non-hazardous
Free from harmful solvents, silicone-free
For fitting and removing car, lorry and motorcycle tyres
Removal
Force off the tyre using a suitable release mechanism, apply some tyre mounting paste to the rim flange and tyre bead with a paintbrush or sponge
Installation
Before the new tyres are fitted, the rim should be cleaned of old mounting adhesive around the rim flange sealing area. We recommend using our brake cleaner to do this. Remove any rust with a wire brush. Doing so will really bring the benefits of Würth tyre mounting paste to the fore. Then apply a thin coat to the tyre bead and rim flange and fit the tyres to the rim using the fitting machine and corresponding tools. Correct mounting of tyres is a pre-requisite for smooth running behaviour.
