Reliable protection during transport
Rub marks and scratches are prevented when the spacers are attached to sensitive surfaces before transport.
No adhesive residues
Due to the weak bonding on one side, the spacers can be easily removed again, leaving no adhesive residue or discolouration on the surface.
The pads stick to almost all surfaces and are very easy to remove even after several weeks.
Cleanliness of the surface
Due to their closed surface, these pads cannot become dirty. This prevents the surface from being scratched, which is possible with the use of blankets, foam mats etc.
Individually cut pads in different sizes are simple and quick to use
- Pads must not be exposed to direct sunlight
- Not suitable for surfaces painted with nitrocellulose-based paint
Datasheets(X)
Whether in metal construction, glass construction, plastic construction or wood and ceramic construction, the pads can be used wherever protection is required during packaging, transport and storage.
The non-slip, padded spacers are ideal for safe transport and protected stacking and storage of parts with delicate surfaces such as window profiles, glass panes, unit parts, shelves, door leaves, stone slabs and metal plates etc.
Surfaces to be bonded should be clean, dry and free from grease.
The transport pads should be tested on the respective surfaces before use.
