Notice

Shake the container before using the Varioprimer. Do not use the primer if it has gelled. Once opened, use as quickly as possible. When used on translucent surfaces such as windscreens without screen-printed edge, UV protection for the adhesive surface (to protect the primer) is mandatory.

Application area

Primer for promoting adhesion of the window adhesive on glass, ceramic silkscreen printing, lacquer and various metals. The primer provides corrosion protection for bare metals and acts as an activator for trimming PU/PVC pre-coated windows.

Instructions

Clean the bonding surfaces with an active cleaner. Surfaces must be dry, dust and grease-free. Shake the Varioprimer before use. Apply with a primer brush or sponge applicator. When using the 10 ml tube, do not apply pressure to the tube to apply the correct amount of primer. For more information, please refer to the technical data sheet.

The packaging unit defines the number of articles in one packaging. In the catalog segment you can choose from different packaging units if a pop-up menu is displayed.

Just leave the field empty if you don't know the packaging unit when directly entering the article number in the shopping basket or when importing with Easy-/VarioScan. The packaging unit will be determined automatically.
The article number is made up of the following: VVVVAAABBB
VVVV = 4 digits for prefix number (please note that the first digit is currently always 0)
AAA = 3 digits for dimension part 1
BBB = 3 digits for dimension part 2
