Rake precisely tailored to aluminium
Reduced risk of chipping on the cutting edges of the tool
Optimised microgeometry
Excellent chip removal
The spiral point tap and the smoothed surface in plain design minimise material adhesions and ensure excellent chip removal.
Product packaging made of 100 % PCR (recycled plastic from household waste), 100 % recyclable and Cradle to Cradle Certified® Bronze
- When thread cutting, sufficient coolant and lubricant must be added.
- See overview tables for machine tap/material assignments
Datasheets(X)
Before reversing the screw tap it is absolutely necessary to remove the entire spiral point of the tool from the drill hole. Failure to do so may cause cutting edges to chip or the tool to break.
