Application area

Materials to be processed: I-Block 90 K and 120 K; autoclaved aerated concrete

Instructions
  • Use a hexagon chuck for the drill

  • Insert the blades crosswise for the desired bore diameter and screw in the centring pin

  • Mark the centre of the hole on the I-Block

  • Place the centring pin on the drill centre point mark and press in

  • Do not use the impact drilling mode

  • Drill slowly until the coating has been cut. Then increase the speed

  • Drill through the entire block using a steady pressure

  • To prevent damage to the I-Block, only remove the lightweight concrete cutter from the bore hole when it is at a standstill
