Application area

The closer arm is clamped after complete, one-time opening and held on the door closer by a magnet. The door can now be passed through freely without a door closer function.

In the event of a fire or power failure, the external smoke detector system releases the door closer arm from the magnet and the door is securely closed. The door closer arm can also be released separately via a hand switch.
