Pressure-free due to remote actuation

  • No loss of air, even in the unlikely event that the extension fails.

Flexible and break-proof due to multi-layered construction

  • Can be installed without a rim holder.

Hub cap removal not required for single wheels

  • Makes checking air pressure simple.

  • Saves time and effort.

Improves safety and lowers operating costs

  • Installing the break-proof, non-pressurised extensions avoids damage due to breakage, wear and porosity.

  • Correct air pressure can be ensured at any time, reducing tyre wear.

  • Reduces the risk of accidents, fuel consumption and repair downtime.
Notice

Safety

  • On vehicles with twin tyres, it is often not possible to carry out a regular and safety-relevant air pressure test on internal twin tyres due to broken plastic extensions, loose hose extensions or even missing valve extensions. This increases the risk of accidents and tyre wear.

  • On vehicles with wheel caps, the wheel cap must be removed to check the tyre pressure. As a result, the tyre pressure on such vehicles is only monitored very rarely.

Costs

  • A pressure loss of only 0.5 bar in the tyre can lead to an additional consumption of around 875 litres over 100,000 km and shorten the service life of the tyre by more than one third.

Service life

  • A deviation of just 0.6 bar from the ideal air pressure reduces the service life of a tyre by 45 %. In this case, the vehicle has to be taken to the workshop almost twice as often as necessary to change tyres. If an accident occurs due to insufficient tyre pressure, the vehicle will be out of operation for even longer periods of time.

Conclusion

  • With the new tyre valve extension, the above problems have come to an end! The valve extensions are extremely sturdy, flexible, shatter-proof and can be used universally on almost all vehicles. By simplifying the air pressure test, the costs pay off after just a few kilometres.
